I got my hands on the 2006 Jeep Jamboree Schedule yesterday and passed it on to a few of my Jeepin’ buddies with high traffic websites…
My friend Mike, from Mike's Totally Free Jeep News already has the dates posted on his site.
Here is a link to the dates: www.jeepnewsnow.com/modules/news/article.php?storyid=878
There have been some changes added to the format to make selected events a bit less expensive to attend this year. Check it Out!
“Classic” vs. “Just Trails” Jamborees
There will be a new twist for 2006. Each Jamboree will be designated either a “Classic” or “Just Trails” Jamboree. Both the “Just Trails” and “Classic” Jamborees will be clearly marked with distinctive icons in the 2006 Jeep Jamboree USA Guidebook and on our web site jeepjamboreeusa.com.
“CLASSIC” Jamborees feature full meal service for the entire trip. In addition to the traditional Friday and Saturday night dinner get-togethers, “Classic” Jamborees provide guests with a hot breakfast as well as a trail lunch on Friday and Saturday, plus and continental breakfast on Sunday. “Classic” Jamborees are perfect for Jeepers who don’t want to worry about preparing or planning meals - it’s all included! Just look for this fork and knife icon to identify “Classic” Jamborees.
”JUST TRAILS” Jamborees are for those who would rather brown bag it, prepare their own home-cooked specialties or try charming local restaurants. These trips include Friday and Saturday night family-style dinners, but give Jamboree guests the opportunity to explore the local culinary possibilities for all their other meals. As an added bonus, reduced meal costs for these trips allow JJUSA to pass the savings on to you, making these trips even more affordable for the entire family! If this sounds like your kind of trip, just select a trip with the “Just Trails” icon.
